Dear Joan Brunner, Looking over your order we see that you set up your transport 3 months after your original quote was sent out. Since the auto transport rates are constantly changing (with factors like gas, weather and time of year) the quotes expire after a month or so. When you called us, we did immediately tell you that your price did increase due to the snowbird season and we did not want to low ball your quote just to get your business. We were honest and upfront with the new price and you decided you wanted to ship your vehicle at that price. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the service and feel free to call us if you ever need your vehicle transported again and we will gladly do it for free!
