Dear Josh,
We had multiple drivers for you all of your vehicles, you then decided to hold of on transporting for a few weeks, which is completely fine. There was also multiple companies trying to acquire you a driver at the same time, which effects our company doing our job. That is why we and every other transport company asks our customers not to double book with any other transport companies. Once we set up your transport for all of your vehicles at the price you wanted you (which did not take long) you told us your customer made other arrangements. We did everything that we were supposed to do on our end and worked above and beyond for you. We ship for mostly dealers and there are never any issues, when you change dates, put orders on hold and on top of that book with other multiple companies...it makes the process nearly impossible. We find this review unfair and unwarranted but we do wish you the best and wish you a happy holidays and great new year!
