I always judge a business by how they react when things don't go exactly as planned. When a hiccup happened, as it sometimes does, Armani made it right immediately. When I started looking for a carrier, I was contacted by a lot of companies. Armani and Passage stood out from the beginning, returning calls and answering my questions, attentive but not pushy as a lot of the others were. The carrier he contracted for us (VNS) was the absolute best. He was friendly, extremely professional, and did an excellent, excellent job. The car arrived early, and in absolutely perfect condition. I would recommend Passage Auto (and VNS) to anyone. Be sure to ask for Armani!!
