I am a college student and needed my car shipped from my home in Illinois to my university in Virginia. I liked that Patriot asked for no payment until the car was on its way to me and decided that I would trust them to ship my vehicle. Unfortunately, we ran into a slight issue where the first driver assigned to ship the car canceled the day of my scheduled pick up (Friday). I was worried over the next few days when there was no luck finding a new driver because I was already at the intended destination with no means of transportation. However, my contact Tony was extremely reassuring throughout the entire experience. We kept in contact through e-mails and he continuously assured me that Patriot was doing all that they could to find a replacement driver and in fact that following Monday they had found a new driver and scheduled a pick up for the next day. My car was picked up about 1pm on Tuesday and was delivered to me in Virginia on Wednesday around 6pm. Once a new driver was assigned, everything seemed to move quickly and smoothly. Though the new driver requested more money, Patriot didn't ask me to come up with more but just received less on their end. I am very pleased and I would definitely use Patriot Auto Carriers again.
