The professionalism provided by Tony was excellent. Unfortunately the driver needs to take lessons from Tony. It is clear that only the driver will KNOW approximately when he or she will be able to deliver the car based on unexpected weather conditions, etc.....Thus, the driver should call the customer the day prior to delivery and give them a 4 hour time period that the customer will be available - such as 1-4pm.
