One Negative thing - When the car was delivered, the driver told me he only accepted cash or cashier's check. That was a surprise, and I wish that would've been made clear at the start. I don't mind paying cash, but it's kind of crappy to have it sprung on you when your car is delivered. Especially in this age of credit cards and iphones/ipads as Point of sale terminals, etc. BUT... my overall experience was still good.
My car was picked up and delivered on time. In good condition. It was difficult to choose a company, but Patriot seemed honest, and they offered a low deposit and high driver payment.
That told me that my car had a better chance of being picked up and delivered on time.
It's all brokers and drivers. It seems like brokers take anywhere from $100-$250 for theircut, and then the rest goes to the driver. So you could have 2 quotes that cost the same (overall) but one has a lower deposit, and higher driver payout. The one with the larger driver pay has the best chance of being delivered quickly.
