I was a bit concerned/overwhelmed, I had never shipped a car. I needed a car shipped to me from Napa, CA to Chicago, IL and my first instinct was to fly out there and drive the car home. After figuring out the costs I figured it would be more economical to ship and I also didn't have a lot of time. I filled out a random online form and my email was flooded with a wide array of estimates, some as high as $1500. Not really having a clue, I chose "Patriot Auto Transport LLC," mainly because their estimate was on the lower end. I contacted them on Thursday and Carlos got back to me with in minutes asking me when I wanted the car shipped, I told him the following Monday. Carlos called me the next day, Friday, and said he had a truck all set to pick it up within a few hours and if I thought that would be ok, or if that was too soon. I said "hell yeah, thank you, ship it!" The car left California that Friday and arrived in Chicago (to my surprise) 3 days later, Monday. I met the driver, looked over my car and it was in the same condition as it was when it left California. Not a single scratch on it! Carlos was great, answered all my question in a timely manner and was wonderful to deal with. I just didn't expect shipping a car cross country to be that easy. Thank you Carlos, and thank you "Patriot Auto Transport LLC." If I need to ship a car again I know where to go!
