ueI was very pleased with both my broker, Sam and my transport driver, Ovi. I had gone with another broker company that was terrible. They couldn't find a transport driver for well over a month. It got down to being a time crunch, because the car was needed for transportation to a new job. I searched for a new broker, and that's how I came into contact with Sam @ Patriot. He had a driver lined up within 2 days. The driver, Ovi, called me on that day and set up the pick for 2 days later (which was the day I had asked for the pick up). We set up a time of 11 am, Ovi was on time and very nice. He told me when he'd be dropping the car off, in Utah. And, accommodated my request for not dropping it off before 4 pm. My son had his car by 7 pm on Monday...as promised. So, he picked it Friday morning, in TX and had it to my son, in UT, by 7pm Monday. I was very pleased with the cost, customer service, my broker, my driver and efficiency. I highly recommend Patriot to get your vehicle transported.
