The vehicle was picked up on 9/8 and delivered the next day as scheduled AND as was communicated to our customer. We pride ourselves on excellent communication from start to finish. We do not withhold information, we send regular and timely texts to our customers rather than interrupting them with update calls. We share with all of our customers that we are a Transport Brokerage company. Part of the service we provide is making sure we work with a professional carrier that has equipment that is well taken care of. We check safety ratings on the FMCSA website, we request an insurance certificate for the carrier listing Patriot Transport USA as a certificate holder and we check the carriers online reputation and ratings. All of the this was completed for the carrier we utilized to transport this vehicle. I have spoken with the seller of the vehicle and and the loading process was observed to be professional. We respect every one of our customers and our goal is 100% satisfaction. This vehicle was delivered over one month ago and we have never received any communication from the customer until today that there was an issue. We have no documentation that would support that there was an issue with this transport.
