Our car arrived late after having promises of delivery a day earlier. Every time we called for an update the company was rude.
We were told they would deliver the vehicle via a truck and meet us in a parking lot to unload it. Instead, a 17 year old employee drove our vehicle approximately 60 miles without our permission and met us in the parking lot after lying to us about it being on a truck and being instructed not to drive it.
Once we met with him, he refused to let us document new damage to the vehicle. Once we called the police, they convinced him to let us document new damage to the vehicle.
While inspecting the vehicle, we smelled a strong odor of burned rubber as if the tires had been spun.
Overall, this was the worst customer service I have ever received and would caution anyone against using this company unless you would like a 17 year old joyriding in your vehicle.
