As an attorney I was skeptical by nature of the entire truck brokering business. Reading reviews on brokers led me to Philam and Gilbert. Having spoken to other brokers, who seemed like penny-stock salesmen and women, I knew in an instance that Gilbert was the right person to assist me. He called me immediately upon landing on vacation, as he said he would, explained the business of car shipping and was beyond responsive. He made it happen with NO hassles. Within a day or two all arrangements were set and confirmed. Trucker even delivered truck in 6 days not the 7-10 as I expected. Gilbert is a true professional and a credit to the industry. I will definitely use him again and again. Thank you again.
