Great Experience With Gilbert & PHILAM TRANSPORT

This was the first time I ever bought a car across state lines and I was initially concerned about how long it would take and cost. When I first called Gilbert I was immediately impressed with his honesty and knowledge of shipping process. I appreciated the fact that he very responsive whenever I called him and extremely personal. He and I spoke several times prior to shipping the car while I was going through the sale process and he really put my mind at ease once it was ready to go out. We originally put an offer out for $750.00 for an open truck, and he was able to secure an enclosed truck for $850.00 which was an incredible deal considering the truck was transporting my Audi A6 from Jersey to Austin Texas (30 hours). Gilbert gave me all the contact info for the driver and he was very responsive as well. There was one point were the driver did not call me back so I contacted Gilbert and he got back with me right away, which resulted in the driver confirming details with me via text. The car was delivered in 8 days from the date of pick-up and I was extremely pleased with the car and level of service I received from Gilbert during the transporting process. If you're shipping your car talk to Gilbert!!
