overall i'm pleased with the experience but there was some confusion about the roof rack being removed and stored in the vehicle as, apparently, drivers want there to be NOTHING at all in the vehicle (for various legit reasons). the end result was the driver charging me an extra $125 and pushing the total cost to $1,000. aside from that, gilbert was really friendly and did a good job of explaining the process.
