As a regular consumer looking to ship a truck from NJ to Montana, this has been a complex and sometimes frustrating process. Although I did not end us going with Gilbert at Philam Transport for this particular delivery, I would absolutely do so in the future had the timing on my end been a bit better. Gilbert spent of his time explaining things, and I have to say, was completely honest with me about costs, pickup and delivery windows, and how to negotiate optional routing possibilities to make a win/win happen. Simply excellent, a true customer advocate, and HONEST. Five Stars.
