I'm very happy and satisfied with Philam's service. I give both Gilbert (Dispatch) and the truck driver (Eddie) an "A" for Communications. I was never 'in limbo' during the whole process. I was either contacted over the phone (voice and txt) about the progress of the transport, and I was also sent emails about the transport process. My vehicle arrived safe and sound, and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this transport company.
