Everything was great except they were late.

I requested a quote for transporting my car from NYC to Los Angeles. Gilbert called me on the first day.. i remember it was 530am his time on the west coast. He was the only broker who gave me full insight of how this operation works. He also warned me about some of the scams that is common in the industry. Even though I had less expensive quotes, I trusted Gilbert more than anybody else. (if you do a little research online, everybody will tell you not to focus on finding the cheapest deal....you need to find someone you can trust)
Gilbert was always there when I tried to contact him. He was very courteous and professional.
The only negative was that, Gilbert seemed to have difficulty keeping in touch with the driver of the truck. Apparently they wouldn't answer his phone calls. They (Gilbert and the driver) told me it would take 7-10 days but it took more than 3 weeks!
I do have to mention that I was NOT in a rush to get the car to LA so it didn't matter that it was late, but the anticipation and thinking that something may have happened to the car was a little overwhelming. (supposedly the truck broke down on the road! )
I would have given Gilbert and drivers a top notch review if they had told me it would take 3 weeks and they were on time, instead of 7-10 days and being two weeks late.

If I ever need to transport a car, I will definitely go back to Gil, and would recommend him to others too.
