The only issue I had was, when I spoke to the actual carrier. They got real rude with me telling me that I call too much, to stop calling them, and let them do their job. I'm the customer , I have every right to call as much as I want to see that my property is being taking care of. There's a better way to let the customer know that, other than yelling and shouting.
