The process of getting my son's car back to New York from Florida was daunting to me and after several quotes received, Gilbert from Philam Transport called me. He was wonderful and explained the entire process, including allowing me to log into the central dispatch system and see how many cars and carriers there were available. Many people warned me against giving a deposit up front, but Gilbert assured me it would be fine. I was hesitant at first, but agreed. I'm so happy I did. Gilbert answered all my questions and emails and kept in touch throughout the entire process. The car arrived on time, in great condition, and without incident. The drive even drove it to my doorstep. I am very happy and would recommend Gilbert and Philam Transport to anyone needing a car shipped.
