Gilbert kept in contact until the job was finally booked and delivered. He was only person to take time to explain process of booking a drive. He was able to book a driver and deliver vehicle safely to Colorado when others did not follow through. (I received many phone calls and many email solicitations.) Driver was professional and kept in contact. This was my first time shipping a vehicle.
