My only complaint is not having a specific time/date for the delivery. I was told the car would be here by the end of the week, and I would receive a call 24 ahead of time more specifically when it would be here. When it came to the end of the week, they contacted me saying the car would be here the next day. I would have appreciated being more in the loop of things through the process. If there was a delay, an updated on the delivery time/date would be appreciated. That is my only complaint. The gentleman who delivered the car was very courteous and helpful. It's a great service that I would pay for again.
