I had a great experience with Phoenix Auto Transport. (Kathy Grant) The price was a bargain, but the service I got was first class. Pickup was only 3 days from my call to them. Pickup was delayed just 1 day, but Kathy was on top of that too, got the scoop from the driver and let me know.
The contract carrier had a new trailer, immaculately clean, single deck. The car arrived in pristine condition, spotless. Driver was courteous and kind, delivered to an alternate location so that I wouldn't have to drive on highway at night for pickup. He was so nice I gave him a tip.
I chose this company based on their low bid and Better Business Bureau rating. I sure am pleased with their performance!
