wendy was great to deal with. very friendly and not agressive as some are. she always kept me updated. the driver was professional and also very friendly. there was some damage to my lower front bumper but it was understandable since the car is lowered and had to go through some bad weather. also it was late mainly because of weather so that wasn't a big deal and understandable. the truck company will reimburse me for the damage so overall it was a good experience. they gave me the best price and great service. the next time i have to ship my car, i will definately call wendy again.
