We chose Bob and Phoenix because: A) He submitted a fair quote the first time, without trying to high-ratel and then come back with a low-ball quote like so many of the others... and B) he's just a nice fella on the phone. No pressure. No gimmicks. The 2009 Camary was picked up in Dallas a day ahead of schedule (but OK with us) and delivered an hour ahead of the projected time in Yakima, WA. The car was pristine when it left... and pristine when it arrived. I had a few concerns along the way, but Bob was always very nice, very polite and if he didn't have answers... he got them and got back to me FAST. We're VERY, VERY happy with Bob and Phoenix Auto Transport. Is there a 6-star rating???
