I called Phoenix Auto Transport Services, LLC to ship my vehicle from Los Angeles to Cincinnati. Their quote was $799 which seemed unbeatable and great, but it made sense after it took over 2 weeks for my car to get picked up. I'm patient and wouldn't have had a problem, but the fact that I had to call them for updates really bothered me. When my car was finally picked up Phoenix Auto Transport decided to use LT Automoving to ship my car. LT also never made an effort to contact me. LT was not on time with their scheduled delivery and when they finally brought my car they failed to mention that my Audi's back window had been shattered. They tried to compensate by taking $300 off from the original shipping cost to replace the window, but my Audi dealership quoted me something a lot higher. My car was returned extremely late, very dirty (which is expected), but with an expensive window to replace. I will never again ship with Phoenix Auto who used a carrier that I wouldn't have chosen myself based on the bad reviews found on this website

Hi Liz, I am sorry to hear that your window was broken during transport. Unfortunately, not every transport is perfect, but from your posting, I see that you were offered a discount cover the cost of the damage and I contacted the carrier to verify the situation. The carrier has reported that you and they called a local Audi dealer and were quoted $300 for the window and $170 for installation which totaled $470. However, the carrier gave you a total of $550 off your transport which included $80 for your time and trouble for the repair and you actually only paid $200 to the carrier upon delivery and signed your bill of lading as proof that you were satisfied with a $550 discount and $200 COD. I have personally tried to call you but cannot reach you. I do believe your carrier, LT Auto Moving, who has a 99.1% rating, did the correct thing to solve your problem. We also discounted your deposit by $100 because your transport was not picked up as quickly as you wanted. You actually only paid $250 for your transport. Again, I am very sorry for your damage but we and the carrier have done everything to satisfy you!
