My vehicle was scheduled for pick up first thing on a Monday morning. No one showed up. We were moving on Thurs., so I phoned Bob, my contact at Phoenix Auto Transport around 10 a.m. on Monday. Bob learned that the driver who was scheduled to pick up my vehicle had walked off the job the Fri. before. The employer of this driver was then scheduled to pick up my vehicle on Wed. Wed. came and went and the second scheduled driver never showed either. Bob continued to try to contact this driver, and he never returned any calls. I ended up having to leave my vehicle with the neighbors and they handled the pick up which didn't happen until the following Monday, a week after it had been first scheduled.
This sounds like it's going to be a negative review, but Bob will be my first call if I ever need a vehicle transported again. Bob was in constant contact with me throughout, via both email and phone. He answered the phone most times I called, and called back immediately when I had to leave messages. Thanks to Bob, I was confident and stress-free throughout the entire process. The third driver Bob scheduled picked my vehicle up on a Monday and had it to my new house two days later.
I highly recommend Phoenix Auto Transport, but if you're transporting from NC, request that they not use the no-show guys.
Overall, late pick-up, late delivery, but Bob somehow made it stress-free. Good experience and would use again.
