Bob was very proactiveand kept me informed. Though the final price was increased due to the carrier's demand. We are very happy that the carrier (Alex) was very responsible and easy to talk to. It was picked up on the 4th, exactly what I requested and delivered on the 8th. It's unbelievable. Car was in good shape. Thanks to both parties, Phoenix and GSM transport. I'd certainly recommed people to use Phoenix again.
