Called Bob on Thursday afternoon to see about getting car shipped from Dallas area to Knoxville, TN. He said he would post it immediately. He called back in 1 or 2 hours and said he had a driver lined up. It was so quick that I had to check with the dealership to make sure the car would be ready. It shipped on Friday and I was driving the car Monday afternoon. I was expecting it to take at least until later in the week. Bob was excellent about contacting me with important information. I also like the fact that my credit card deposit wasn't charged until he knew the car was on the truck. I had look at several other quotes, but almost all were more expensive and I know that I would not have received the level of service I found at Phoenix Auto Transport and with Bob Crisp.
