I moved two cars out of Portland to two different locations. One to CT and one to MN. For the cross country move to CT., Bob Crisp found a drvier almost immediately and within a few days my car was gone and on it's way to CT. Since I would not be heading to CT for a few weeks, the car was held for me and delivered on the day I had specified.
The second car was shipped from Oregon to Minnesota. This one went just as smoothly. The car was picked up on schedule and waiting for me when I arrived in Minnesota.
Of course there were questions that I had and details that needed to attended. Bob Crisp at Phoenix Auto Transport handled all of the calls, emails etc. to the drivers, dispatchers, trucking companies etc. In short, he did very well what he was supposed to do, broker the shipping of my vehicles without myself becoming heavily involved.
Friends of mine had told me horror stories about shipping cars.....this experience was quite the opposite.
