This was the first time I have used an auto transport company. I got a very fair price and was treated professionally & courteously. The transport driver was a lovely gentleman who was quite adept at loading and unloading the 6 cars he drove down to FL on a transporter. My car was picked up in NYC about 5 hours late and was supposed to have arrived in FL the day after I flew down to FL, but due to a flat tire and torrential rains, the driver actually delivered my car more than 12 hours late, which was upsetting. Barring any major weather problems or car problems, though, I would use Phoenix Auto Transport again, because the people who run the company & drive the transporter are lovely people who do keep in touch with the customer.
