I first contacted Phoenix Auto Transport back in December- approximately 3 weeks prior to the time I needed to ship the car. I dealt with Kathy Gant who was very pleasant and initially very good with communication. The only problem that I encountered with Phoenix was a period of no communication prior to the date I was to have the car shipped. She had told me she would most likely have a carrier in the next few days, but then never got back to me. I called and left messages and voicemails with no response. I figured that meant no service. I was going to go through another company when I received a phone call from Kathy. She apologized profusely and told me she had been extremely ill and I could tell in her voice she was being honest. From that point on things went smoothly and professionally. She had a carrier. The carrier called me and we arranged pick up of the vehicle. He was professional and very nice to deal with. He explained the process. The driver contacted my son in Baltimore prior to the delivery of the vehicle and spoke with him several times throughout the day regarding status of delivery time. My son stated that everything went smoothly and the car was delivered in the condition it was sent. Phoenix quoted me an excellent price and I received excellent service with the exception of the communication glitch. I would definitely use them again!
