Bob Crisp did a great job keeping me informed and I had no problems with the delivery. I needed my Jeep in Cheyenne, Wy, but was having a difficult time getting that to happen. Bob and I agreed to try Denver, which seemed to be a more reliable route for the truckers. Not sure why Cheyenne, Wy was so difficult to get a delivery, but once we changed the delivery location, within a couple of weeks we had a truck. I would most definitely use Phoenix again, Bob's customer service is outstanding. The team there is really interested in helping you get your vehicle delivered. It seems that at times though the truckers may or may not want to pickup or deliver to the area that your looking at, so some adjustments may have to be made. The actual delivery date, was one day prior to the estimated date once the pick up was made, which was great. Thanks Bob for your help.
