Jim, the manager of the company was friendly and professional; he was not pushy. He quoted a very competitive price. Emails included all relevant details and were clear. Once the car was ready for pick up things moved quickly, more quickly than I expected. Within a few days we had a driver here ready to collect the car and move it to Arkansas. The driver was very friendly; he was fine with me calling him periodically en route to make sure things were going well. He did his best to get the car to my daughter as quickly and as safely as he could and while traversing a wretched snowstorm. The car arrived in one piece and in a timely fashion. I have just recommended this company to another person who is transporting a car across the country.
