My car was picked up in the Chicago area exactly on the day promised. It was loaded quickly even in my high-traffic urban area. It was delivered a day ahead of schedule in perfect shape except for road dirt. (Carrier had to drive through a snowstorm in OK.) The experience was excellent. I would use this service again and recommend it to others. Kathy Gant at Phoenix was extremely helpful and communicative and prompt with her bid.
