Rhonda was excellent. I had been working with a different company. They did not have the vehicle available during the time period that we agreed upon and then they raised the price. They said that they would keep searching for a carrier, but it didn't appear that they were trying very hard. My daughter was stuck a week in a new city without a car.
I called Rhonda on July 5 (I believe). A day when most people were not working. She not only found me a carrier at a reasonable rate, but the carrier came that same day. I highly recommend Phoenix Auto Transport if all of the workers are like Rhonda. J.R. trucking also did a good job of delivering the car on time and in good shape.
