Every broker that I checked with wanted a deposit up front. I heard horror stories about trying to get your deposit back when something goes wrong. Phoenix did it different than most. I was a little skeptical at first, but Kathy reassured me that this would not be a problem. I figured if they wanted to take the risk on me that's their decsion. Kathy explained the process on getting a carrier and helped me feel confident that I had chosen the right broker. A few days later we had a carrier and a couple days later I had my car..........
