I filed a claim with them on Aug 22nd. I allowed them to process the claim and called back 3 weeks later, in which I was told that it was still in process. Another 2 weeks later I called back and it was at the insurance claims board. 2 weeks later I called again and it was still in the "board", I further emailed Harry Cho another two times with no replys in addition to a couple neglected phone calls. Finally by Nov 1st I was fed-up with their excuses. After 6 hours of waiting and 4 phone calls of chasing Harry Cho around the company and a pile of excuses he returned my phone call only after I stated that I was ready to inform the California's Attorney General's office of the bad business practices did he return my phone call only to tell me that back on Oct 9th they denied the claim stating it was existing damage as per photo's their driver took at pickup which were not marked as such on the bill of lading.
I would never use this company again and would recommend them to anyone unless you want your BMW scratched and then given a nightmare of a runaround. Please anyone considering using their service's email me first and I will elaborate on any part of this story.
