Thanks for the kind words Lee. Because we do a large volume of cars per month, we cannot, unfortunately, hold your hand through the whole process. However, we do our best to give any updates to our customers. After all, we do understand it is your vehicle that we are transporting and we recognize that it is important for our customers to know where their car is at any given time. :)
