Good and Prompt Service.

I have used the company twice over the summer. One in August MD to CA, then again in october CA to MD. Both experiences were very good, and I am very satisfied. It is imperative, however, to understand that delivery dates can deviate, and customers must have a little flexibility. Pioneer auto express were also very considerate, because I had to fly in to the locations to send / recieve the vehicles in both occurrences- they assisted me in creating a feasible plan on the approx transit times, and when to be at what locations approximately.

Their office (dispatch?) and the drivers were prompt at communicating in ref. to status of the vehicle. Although, the delivery location was adjusted bec of the truck size, no big deal - the driver (Patrick) helped me drive my car to my apt - as at that time i had a rental - , then I just drove him back.

First I went through a broker, but on the second went directly to Pioneer AE, and the quotes were cheaper.

Highly recommended service.

Because of road conditions and dynamics, certain areas are not accessible with our trucks. When such cases occur, we try to accommodate our customers' conveniences as much as possible.
