In regards to this claim, the customer failed to note any damage on his Bill of Lading at time of delivery. Therefore, it has to be assumed that he received the car in the same condition as it was at pick up origin. We attempted to seek a resolution by submitting to our claims review board for further review. However, the claims review board denied his claim.
