I ship my car often and the company that I used to use is no longer in business so I was a little apprehensive about going with a different company. I was contacted by Joyce after receiving calls from many rude, high pressure sales people. Joyce was knowledgeable, polite and professional. She did not try to "sell" me, but rather, explained everything clearly. She shipped my car quickly, with a good company and it arrived just when she said it was going to. I also spoke with Joe, the dispatcher, he was also quite helpful. I will use Joyce and Plaza whenever I ship my vehicle from now on. Thanks Plaza!
