Mr Harold Berg, Plaza auto transport senior transportation agent, rendered me excellent customer service for my order #3727 dated 12/9/2011, but the truck was late to have my car on board, the truck driver used map, rather than GPS, to locate the pick up address, hence I faced difficulty to met with the driver, particularly I wasn't aware about Chicago's details, all in all the experience was good,
