You know how you see one of these reviews and think they're not genuine? Well, you would be very wrong in this case. I am a natural-born cynic who had already read Jason Moore's reviews on this website before I called him. (I'll be he didn't know this when he was talking to me). I was referred to him by a friend from Hawaii who raved about his service, so I knew he had to be real. From the first phone call, Jason walked me through the entire process in layman's terms; outlined exact pricing; the entire shipping process; port of drop-off; port of pick-up; necessary documentation and topped it off by saying words every person loves to hear whispered in their ear: " Don't worry, this is a piece of cake AND I'll save you some money.". Done deal.

I had already used Matson directly to ship my first car to California, so I knew the pricing and could compare service. He did indeed save me some money on my second car. He returned every phone call and email promptly. He provided detailed instructions and even double-checked with me when I hadn't picked up the car within a few days of arrival in Oakland. (i picked it up 4 biz days later, since the car actually arrived 3 days earlier than original estimate). He asked me to call him as soon as I got the car to make sure everything was ok. (even my doctor doesn't check up on me that well)

Shipping may be a commodity service with numerous competitive options, but with Jason I received exemplary service that doesn't seem to exist anymore in the real world. He now is definitely my go-to guy for shipping and earned my unequivocal (and hard-to-get) unconditional stamp of approval. You can trust he will do you right. Call him NOW for gosh sakes!
