I am pleased with my transportation out come. As I had hoped, the bike was delivered safe and in good condition. This was my biggest fear. Plaza Auto was very accommodating and professional. They laid out the transport 101 experience and then allowed me to investigate on my own with no pressure to use them. With all of the many things I am responsible for it is difficult for me to get on the phone with every one that calls. And believe me once the posting goes up everyone will call. After a while it was becoming difficult to tell who I was talking to. So I resorted to corresponding via email. Plaza was the only one out many that replied reasonably quick, professionally and with the proper responses that I needed to make the best decision. Robin and Roger are a slam dunk team. They both took time out of their personal schedules to make sure my concerns were addressed. Thanks.
Now for the dislikes. There's only one. The driver that was assigned my pick up and delivery was too easy to work with. He came when he said he was coming and almost arrived on time. If it was not for Sandy, I believe we would of had an on time delivery. Despite the storm he still managed to get the bike safely to my destination within two days of the promised date. The best way to reach this driver is via txt. Which was perfect for the tech savvy person like me. Hope all's well in North Jersey God bless. Thanks Viktor. What more can I say but Thanks Plaza for being who you are great job. You are locked in now......

P.S. The only thing that made me feel funny is that I could not find out where they (plaza) are located from their website.
