THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS AND THEY WORK WITH TRANSPORTERS THAT ARE FRAUD

Honestly,
I don't even know where to begin. First, of all, I have had my car shipped three times and I have NEVER had this situation occur. Most auto transport companies are just brokers that set you up with drivers. They cannot really guarantee you anything. I learned this the hard way , after being swindled by two other transporters that illegally charged my card after I was told it was only needed for paying a deposit after a driver was secured.
In short, the time dealt with these criminals was not worth the headache and/or frustration. I understand you may be reading this and you are just tired, desperate, and looking for a bargain. Look, you get what you pay for. Its up to you. If I were you, even if they quoted me a 1$ with a driver to pickup same day, I would look elsewhere.
Moving is difficult at times, and sometimes frustrating. On top moving across state, I dealt with dishonesty from these people about the initial quoted price, deposit, pick up time, and delivery time. When they found a driver, I thought I was home free. But much to chagrin, the driver was even more of a nightmare. After that, the situation, just got from bad to worse. Jonathon and Nick quickly jumped to the driver's defense when I complained about what I was dealing with. I even PLEAD with them to please assign me another driver but apparently Jephline (Jeph) Okoth is pretty much the only driver they were able to get.
The driver constantly lied about location and pickup times, was very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and even violent. Yes, I said violent....The driver actually snatched the money out my hands to count it and make sure it was all there. He gave me my key, once he got the money but then BUM RUSHED me out of my car, and snatched the key out of my hands. I still have the scar to prove it. The driver, Jeph Okoth, has had his LLC discontinued by the secretary of state since 2010 by the way. The info is all online.
I also have pictures of the damage to my car, as well as, other cars if you're interested in seeing those.
At the end of the day, I wish I took my time, did more research before getting in bed with slimy and dishonest people. The polar express auto transport use their "family owned and operated" spiel to appeal to customers that want reliability. TRUST ME, these people are far from that and they can care less about you once they get your deposit. I was threatened by a screaming Jonathon Harrington on the telephone, that I have already signed the contract. Pretty much any complaint I had was met with either with blame on my part or an empty excuse.
These people TAKE ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY for anything and will quickly tell you, they gave you a good price on the deposit, that you should have been charged more, the weight of your car is to big for this or that, or that they are only brokers. Although, its their name on the dotted line, they do not take responsibility of the drivers they assign for transport. BUYER BEWARE!!!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL FOREVER REGRET IT!!! The money I spent dealing with this company actually could have gotten me a more dependable and quicker transport. It's not worth. I almost lost my new job because I was chasing the driver all over Pennsylvania to retrieve my car.
