I would like to thank Polar express for their honesty in explaining to me the complete process of the transportation of my car. This was the first time I transported my car and i was so overwhelmed with calls and information. I then spoke with Nick at Polar Express and thru his knowledge and honesty of how the process really worked I was able to make my decision. I had lower prices than polar expresses, but I know i made the right choice with them. My vehicle was picked up a day early and delivered right on time with no problems. The driver was very polite and handled my vehicle as it was his own. Nick and the dispatch staff at Polar express were wonderful and every time I called kept me at ease. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my friends.
