Polar Express went beyond our expectations. We were treated very professionally by Michelle, she took care of everything very quickly. We had no idea we would get our new vehicle so fast, even with the ice storm and snow storm happening. The driver Mike brought the car right to our street (truck could not make the street), had the car heated up and ready for us to drive away. We are very pleased with overall the entire company and as I type this we are purchasing a new Motorcyle and gonna have Polar Express handle this transport for us again.
