We Chose Polar Express because we thought that they would be a good company to work with. But in the end they where a Joke . we where quoted $800. But due to fuel rising prices they changed the price to $ 1.050.00 and promised us fuel cards. They also took for ever to pick up are truck and have it delivered to us . when we finally received the truck on 03-16-2011 they promised us they where going to send r fuel cards the next day. well that didn't happen where still waiting on them and it is 04-14-2011. every time we call in they tell you o ya it was sent out in a batch yesturday. but whats funny is they never ask your name or order # . so you know there lieing to ya. wow if we would have known what we know now we would have NEVER chose them . I wouldn't recommend them to any one. will give credit to the deliver guy . he seems like the only one who cared about his job and his rep. I was not paid to write this, I am a customer , that will NEVER us Polar Express again
