I made a mistake using these people. My vehicle had to be rescheduled for a pick up for a second time and never was. I had ask that I be contacted when my vehicle is on the truck being transported and still no call. Did the transaction earlier this year and now it is May and no luck as of today 05/03/2011.
UPDATE********
Received credit of 190.00 from my bank. Go get yours. I disputed it on 05/03/2011 and it was applied back to me on 07/25/2011. I am so happy.
