This company also goes by Tow Auto Logistics. That is who I went through and after all this I found that all of the conatct info for both companies os the same. They sent a truck that had no room for my vehicle, then said it was not their fauly and I should have called them earlier to try to resolve although the driver had just arrive. They hung up on me, then sent me a text message saying they wuold call me the next day with a new driver and reduced quote. The next day we got a text that said call another number. That was just another number to their offie that I never got an answer at. I called over 40 time and sent about 10 text messages and a handful of emails all with no response. I had to leave, voicemails, text messages and emails asking them to canvcel my request and refund my deposit of $250. I stil have not even gotten a response to those. I have filed a claim with the better business bureau and paypal in an attempt to get my money back. I will take any means necessarry to get my money back including filing a lawsuit against them.
