Shipment was 21 days late because the company did not stay true to their end on the contract. My car was picked up 21 days late and the excuse was that they can't find a driver to take the vehicle because the price was too low. I had to pay extra than agreed to just so I can drive to work and not Uber everyday. I was also hung up on by the supervisor after trying to reach them 3x while waiting on hold for 45mins. The company promised delivery on time when they accepted my shipment price on uship. I do not ever recommend this company.

There is NO customer in our system with an order number 850. Load IDs are 5 digits and 2 letters. Unfortunately this seems like a dishonest review.
